La Cantina de la Touriste: Guest chef dinners with Petter Beyer
This week, (29. September-01. October) Petter Beyer will prepare and serve his unique weekly menu, together with Ny sjanse, at Kafé Mat & prat.
The cantine at Engen behandlingssenter, Kafé Mat & prat is transformed into La Cantina de la Touriste as part of Bergen Assembly 2022, Yasmine and the Seven Faces of the Heptahedron 8.9.—6.11.2022. The artist, Sol Calero, presents a vibrant and permanent installation in the cantine run by Ny sjanse, a work qualification program for immigrants in Bergen.
During Bergen Assembly 2022, guest chefs work in collaboration with Ny Sjanse to serve special weekly three-course menus for 300 NOK.

Opening hours
Tuesday–Friday, 11:00–15:00 (open café, lunch)
Thursday–Saturday, 19:00–21:00 (dinner with guest chefs, reservation required)
Saturday–Sunday, 12:00–17:00 (open café, ramen)
Dinner is only available by pre-reservation.
